I am a personal trainer, coach of high-performance athletes, and expert in the science of strength training. My mission is to help people improve their physical condition through personalized training and good education.
After years of studying with excellent Brazilian and International references, I decided to systematize my work and insert what is newest and most effective in the world of fitness and sports training into our reality.
I train Olympic-level athletes, multi-champions, people who have lost more than 50kg in a short time, and others who could barely walk but could get back on their feet.
The differential of our work at Motion is in the specific evaluations and the care taken when prescribing the training. By sharing knowledge with physicians and physical therapists, we can indicate the best strategy to prevent injuries and treat them if they occur.
Thanks to the systematized implementation of exercises and training variables, we were able to assist in developing Olympic and world-class athletes in a few years. They have reached extremely high levels of strength and power.
